SSL-encrypted HostExplorer® v10 or later is required to access Northwest Regional Data Center (NWRDC).
You must have a valid FSUID to access this software.

HostExplorer v12 PC Installation Instructions
- If you are using a previous version of HostExplorer, it must be manually removed.
- Control Panel -> Add-Remove Programs...
or...
"Tools" section of CCleaner
- Remove Hostexplorer Web Deployment and any software named Hummingbird.
DO NOT REMOVE Cyberdocs components
- Reboot
- Download Hostexplorer SSL v12
- Once downloaded, browse to it and double-click to run it. It will install itself.
(Note:
If it doesn't place two icons on the desktop, NWRDC SSL and NWALT SSL, check that old versions of Hostexplorer were uninstalled and run the installer again.)
MAC Installation Instructions
- Download: tn3270_X_3.2.4.dmg
- Drag the TN3270 X 3.2.4 folder to the Applications directory.
- Delete previous version of TN3270 (if exists)
